Telephone Consultation
Your journey starts with an initial phone call to discuss your ideas, requirements, budget range, and timescales. This helps us understand your vision and determine the best next steps before visiting site.
Site Survey
We arrange a site visit to assess the property in detail. During the survey we take measurements, review access, evaluate any constraints, and discuss design options to ensure the project is both practical and achievable.
Estimate Stage
Following the site survey, we prepare a clear and transparent estimate. This outlines the scope of works, materials, and costs, giving you a full understanding of what is included before moving forward.
Pre-Build Stage
Once the estimate is approved, we move into the pre-build stage. This includes finalising specifications, agreeing timelines, and signing contracts to clearly define the scope of works, costs, and responsibilities. Materials are ordered, trades are scheduled, and all necessary arrangements are put in place to ensure a smooth and well-organised start to the build.
Build Stage
Construction begins with full project management in place. Your build is carefully managed using professional scheduling software to coordinate trades, timelines, and deliveries efficiently. You’ll have access to a customer portal providing daily updates, progress photos, key milestones, and clear communication throughout the build. This ensures transparency, accountability, and peace of mind from start to finish.
Project Handover
On completion, we carry out a full builders clean so your new space is presented ready for immediate use. A final walkthrough is completed with you to ensure every detail meets our standards and your expectations. The project is then formally handed over with all relevant documentation, including a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, giving you long-term peace of mind.
